Movie

I have made a movie! In my spare, sick time...I created a movie out of some pictures I took about a month or two ago. I hope you enjoy. It's a silent movie. I realize it is just a tad slow for a stop motion, I have it on Picasa's fastest setting. Hopefully you can enjoy it anyway!
Hopefully it will work!

Looking Back (4)

Here is my "Looking back" for this week! It is just as funny as last week!
"Oh dear!" you're now saying. Yes, this is one method I have used to curl Emily's hair! (about a year ago.) I took sections, wound them tight and bobby pinned them across her head! And they did make good waves. :) They just make her look super hilarious!

Sick...

Hi guys...I won't be finishing the mystery this weekend either. Sorry. I'm sick with some type of virus. :( I will be back when I am well again!
UPDATE***
I went to the doctor and he said I should be all better in a day or two. I have added a post above this one. Hopefully those will keep you amused until my return. It sure would make me happy to have 20 followers....:)

Summer Swimsuit

These are just some fun photos from a shoot I did today. Kit is wearing the swimsuit I made yesterday.

I also made the towel.

It is designed so she can wrap it around and tuck it in when she gets out of the pool.

See?

This is one of my favorite things I've ever made for my dolls!

Another PJ set for dolls!

Check out these cute PJs I made today!

They have split sleeves. I thought that would add a little interest to them.

Since you Asked...

I decided to post a few more funny wedding photos.
From Kirsten: "Who was lucky enough to be the groom???"
Well Kirsten...this little Japanese Boy played the groom. :)

Also...from KFC: "How long ago was that?"
It was a year and a half ago!

And, since you all like the dress, here are a few more views of it:

Bye for now, folks! Let me know if you have any more questions about my funny "wedding." If you EVER have any questions about any of my other posts, feel free to let me know!

Looking Back (3)

Sorry this is one day late!
This one is truly funny, get ready to giggle!
Yes, Kit is definately too young to be married, and I know that. :) Kit definately liked playing pretend  wedding though, so I made her a "wedding dress" and a veil. We also had a wedding "photo shoot." Playing wedding with your dolls is fun for sure!

Random

Hi Doll Girl readers! Sorry I haven't posted, I've been busy.
Sorry there is nothing exciting today. I do want to point your attention to my new poll. And the signature I made for myself. Do you like it?
Tomorrow will be another Looking Back...and sometime this weekend I hope to keep moving on the mystery.

Thrift Store Find: A Porch Swing for dolls!

LOOK AT THIS! I found it at the thrift store today. Isn't it great?

Isn't it perfect? I spent a little more on it than I usually spend at thrift stores, but I love it so much!

Kit is enjoying this lovely July summer day!

I just love it! Keep your eyes open, you never know what you'll find at a thrift store!

Looking Back...(2)

Here is the second week of "Looking Back."
Yes. I really hung Emily out of the tree house and left here hanging there to get a good photo about a year and a half ago. I tied the rope around her waist and sent her down!!
Come on! It's a cool photo!

A Night gown for Ellen!

So today I was just messing around with some features on my sewing machine, and decided to make this super easy night gown!

I monogrammed her name onto it!

And, I finished the bottom with a fancy stitch!

The neckline is just straight and really easy and cute!!!
Do you like it?

Investigating the Scene

I know a lot of you have already been guessing who is guilty, but we can't just rush into accusing someone without actual fact. So today, we're going to investigate the crime scene.
Here we go!

Whoever was in here dumped almost all of the books on the shelf onto the floor, as though they were looking for the autograph. Ellen, Samantha and Rebecca all definately know where the autograph was located. Kit and Emily would have had to search.

They eventually realized it was over on the wall.

What is that?

Oh, it's Emily's sleepover back. It looks like she threw it here when she got home sick.

Hmm. What is that?

Scissors? What were they used for?

Why is Kit's watering can here? And there is water everywhere!

More searching it looks like. These are Samantha's and Rebecca's purses. I doubt they would root through their own stuff.

Here is a glass of water. Emily could have gotten it to help her feel better. So could Kit. She was in the kitchen. (or so she claims.)

Now what about this chair?

It looks like it was used to climb to reach the autograph. That means it was a short doll.

I don't understand why this is here. Other than, Emily loves cowgirl stuff.

Only a few things left...

Here are the last peices of evidence.

This hankerchief is either Samantha's or Emily's, I can't remember.

These are magazine cutouts. I know Emily has been dying for that sundress, but it sure is expensive!

Kit has been wanting this doll. Samantha, Ellen and Rebecca are all too old for dolls.

Here is a takeout lid. I went to AG Cafe yesterday with Kit and Samantha. I know both brought home some leftovers to eat later.

I guess we'll have to keep guessing. I think the next step is to plan a test to lure the criminal and then we can charge them. The question is, who should we play the test on?
